The Director of Sales & Business Development will lead tastyfx's commercial growth strategy, focusing on new client acquisition and market share expansion in the $500M US retail forex market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years in financial services sales with proven track record of exceeding new business targets in forex, futures, or brokerage
- Licensure: Series 3 and 34 (must be willing to obtain if not currently held)
- Direct experience acquiring and closing high-value clients ($100k+ accounts) and/or institutional relationships
- Demonstrated ability to build outbound sales motion—not just manage inbound leads
- Strong understanding of retail trading lifecycle: account opening, funding, platform adoption, retention
- Experience managing sales teams with clear pipeline discipline and performance accountability
- Relationship-building skills spanning retail traders, corporate clients, and strategic partners
- Proficiency with MetaTrader platforms, TradingView, and CRM systems
