Director of Sales & Business Development

The Director of Sales & Business Development will own tastyfx's commercial growth strategy, leading both retail client acquisition and emerging institutional/corporate business development, and building a team to scale acquisition engine.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years in financial services sales with proven track record of exceeding new business targets in forex, futures, or brokerage
• Licensure: Series 3 and 34 (must be willing to obtain if not currently held)
• Direct experience acquiring and closing high-value clients ($100k+ accounts) and/or institutional relationships
• Proficiency with MetaTrader platforms, TradingView, and CRM systems
