Drive collection process of receivables, negotiate payment schedules, and maintain customer relationships. Monitor and maintain customer account details, process account adjustments, and resolve client discrepancies. Ensure compliance to all Audit / regulatory bodies and company policies.

Requirements

• Correspond with multiple sources to negotiate payment schedules
• Keep track of the portfolio for specific buckets and control delinquency
• Provide efficient customer service regarding collection issues
• Monitor and maintain customer account details
• Trace defaulters and assets
• Identify defaulting accounts and investigate reasons for default
• Ensure compliance to all Audit / regulatory bodies and company policies
