Drive the collection process of receivables across multiple sources, reducing total outstanding and average number of days while maintaining client partnerships. Provide efficient customer service, monitor customer account details, and trace defaulters.
Requirements
- Correspond with multiple sources to negotiate payment schedules
- Keep track of portfolio for specific buckets and control delinquency
- Provide efficient customer service regarding collection issues
- Monitor and maintain customer account details
- Trace defaulters and assets
- Identify defaulting accounts and investigate reasons for default
- Ensure compliance to all Audit / regulatory bodies and company policies
