Job Description
To drive the collection process of receivables across multiple sources, reduce total outstanding and associated average number of days, and maintain client partnerships while providing efficient customer service and monitoring customer account details.
Requirements
- Correspond with multiple sources to negotiate payment schedules
- Keep track of portfolio for specific buckets and control delinquency
- Provide efficient customer service regarding collection issues
- Monitor and maintain customer account details
- Trace defaulters and assets
- Identify defaulting accounts and investigate reasons for default
- Ensure compliance to all Audit / regulatory bodies
