Drive the collection process of receivables, negotiate payment schedules, and maintain customer relationships while ensuring compliance to audit and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Correspond with multiple sources to negotiate payment schedules
- Keep track of portfolio for specific buckets and control delinquency
- Provide efficient customer service and resolve client discrepancies
- Monitor and maintain customer account details
- Ensure customer files are updated
- Trace defaulters and assets
- Identify defaulting accounts and investigate reasons for default
- Enlist efforts of sales and senior management to accelerate collection process
