Collections Executive responsible for driving collection process, negotiating payment schedules, and maintaining customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Correspond with multiple sources to negotiate payment schedules
- Keep track of portfolio and control delinquency
- Provide efficient customer service and resolve client discrepancies
- Monitor and maintain customer account details
- Trace defaulters and assets
- Identify defaulting accounts and investigate reasons
- Enlist sales and senior management efforts to accelerate collection process
