• Retain and expand customer base for retail loan product
• Maximize sales through network and relationships
• Develop and maintain strong client liaisons
• Ensure files are processed from login stage to disbursement
• Optimize team productivity and manage team of relationship managers
• Align with team on lead generation activities
• Lead and supervise team for growth agenda implementation
• Constantly keep abreast on market trends and competitor intelligence
