
Job description
The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide executive-level administrative support to members of the Senior Executive Service (SES) or Flag Officer equivalent. The role requires experience in supporting senior executives and general administrative support in all facets of administration.
The Executive Administrative Assistant will perform general executive administrative support, access control, executive-level travel support, and other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting CEO-level military equivalents, executing and leading tasks associated with senior executive level support, and expert-level skills in correspondence, records management, and travel processes.
