
Job description
The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide executive-level support to members of the Senior Executive Service (SES) or Flag Officer equivalent. The role requires experience in general administrative support, access control, and executive-level travel support.
The successful candidate will provide general executive administrative support, access control, executive-level travel support, and executive-level correspondence support. They will also be responsible for monitoring training and education, serving as a command suite receptionist, and performing other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have 6 years of experience in an administrative/business field, with 3 years of experience supporting CEO-level military equivalents. They will also have expertise in Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), For Official Use Only (FOUO), and Classified information handling programs and procedures.
