
Job description
The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide executive-level administrative support to members of the Senior Executive Service (SES) or Flag Officer equivalent. The role requires experience working independently and supporting DoD operations.
The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide general executive administrative support, access control, executive level travel support, and other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have 6 years of experience in an administrative/business field, 3 years of experience supporting CEO-level military equivalent, and expertise in Microsoft Office products, government records management, and travel processes.
