Job Description
The IT Service Desk Analyst will provide first-level support to TD SYNNEX colleagues, assisting with incidents and service requests, and resolving complex and technical issues. The role requires advanced technical knowledge of the TD SYNNEX environment and applications.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
- Associate Degree with IT or technically related field of study required
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Basic Microsoft O365 knowledge
- CompTIA A+ certification
- Strong language capability in English and at least one additional European language
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
