Job Description
Tech Data is looking for a Sales Operations Executive to support internal sales functions by processing orders and providing accurate quotes, as well as developing proposals. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in IT Channel, Back Office management, and IT distribution processes.
Requirements
- Responsible for the daily activity of loading and quoting orders, including any electronic order processing.
- Administratively support all aspects of sales activity to help the company achieve both team and company objectives.
- Prioritize your tasks to ensure that the agreed-upon deadline or SLA is met.
- Manage partners' queries efficiently and professionally for a prompt resolution.
- Develop strong relationships with Internal Sales.
- Escalate any incidents in a timely manner to the leader or manager of the Sales Operations team.
- Proactively support the business.
- Record internal orders made by the Internal Sales team.
