Job Description
TE Connectivity is seeking a SR. MGR MFG & PROCESS DVL ENGINEERING for Data & Device BU to cover teams in South East Asia. The MPDE Manager will lead a team of process development engineers tasked with developing assembly processes for high-speed cable assemblies and coordinating with manufacturing engineering teams on the transition to mass production.
Requirements
- Allocate and balance the allocation of work across direct reports
- Lead a team of engineers who will develop high speed cable assembly manufacturing process in accordance with LEANPD product development
- Act as the binding element between product development and manufacturing engineering
