Plant HR Business Partner

The Plant HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic business partner and trusted thought partner to the Plant Leader and in-country senior management. The role will involve implementing global Human Resources policies, driving company-wide programs and initiatives, and providing leadership, counsel, and support to the assigned client group. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field, and a minimum of 10+ years of progressive, international, HR-related experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related field
• A master's degree is a plus
• Minimum 10+ years progressive, international, HR-related experience
• Experience in a manufacturing and or operations environment is strongly preferred
• Executive level experience
• Ability to influence, lead and drive execution into the functions/region through close partnership and collaboration with the broader HR function
• Proved track record in Organization Design, Change Leadership, Talent Management, and Organizational Development
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced, international matrix organization
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Has advanced knowledge of Czech labour laws and obligations and uses this knowledge to advise management, especially in conflict situations
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication
