QUALITY MANAGER

Manages quality functions at the site level, focusing on maintaining high-quality standards, practices, and works closely with TCL roles to support technical quality initiatives.

Requirements

• Maintain and improve the AS9100 Quality System through multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement activities.
• Drive Accelerated Continuous Improvement Projects through the deployment of Six Sigma philosophy.
• Plan and monitor PPAP development activities.
• Work on the implementation of the system for defect prevention instead of detection.
• Attend customer needs as required.
• Manage resources in the areas of Quality, Statistics, AS9100, and Metrology.
• Be the voice of the customer representative at the plant.
• Ensure each employee under their supervision is properly trained.
• Participate in the periodic review of the Quality Operating System and implement any required improvements.
• Measure, monitor, and analyze processes and implement necessary actions.
• Ensure the availability of necessary information to support process operation and monitoring.
• Follow-up on Corrective Actions, PPMs, APQP, Scrap Reduction, and Cost of Quality.
