We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The role involves managing a portfolio of high-priority customers, providing financial planning and consulting services, and developing customer value and business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in credit, sales, or direct sales in the financial banking sector
- Understanding of customer behavior and ability to analyze customer needs
