The HR Project and Testing Specialist will support the successful delivery of projects and ensure all testing activities are well-planned, executed, and governed. The role will assist in delivering projects successfully and carefully plan and carry out testing activities to ensure all solutions meet high quality and business standards.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in leading projects and testing within technology, HRIS, IT transformation, or similar environments.
- Strong understanding of testing processes, methodologies, and quality assurance practices.
- Effective communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams.
- Diligent with strong organizational, tracking, and follow-through capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
- Experience with enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, SailPoint, ServiceNow) is an asset.
- Formal project or testing certifications (PMP, CAPM, ISTQB, Agile) are considered an advantage.
- Proficient Spanish, both written and spoken, is considered an asset.
