We're looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager to support and scale our Strategic Business Segment (SBS), partnering with high-value, growth-oriented brands across Amazon, Walmart, and emerging marketplaces.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or digital advertising, ideally within eCommerce or ad tech.
- Foundational understanding of Amazon and Walmart advertising ecosystems, including campaign structure, keyword targeting, and performance metrics.
- Strong analytical instincts—you’re comfortable interpreting performance data and translating it into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities across a portfolio of customers in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Clear and confident communicator, able to engage with both internal stakeholders and customer teams with credibility.
