Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Officer by performing various administrative, clerical, and technical duties. The job involves research, preparation, and attendance of unemployment hearings, managing FMLA cycles, and providing support with employee relations issues, among other responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or General education degree (GED), and two years of related experience and/or training
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
