We’re looking for experienced, results-driven sales professionals to join our growing By Design Publishing magazine division. This role is ideal for salespeople comfortable with outbound calling, managing a full sales cycle, and who take pride in consistently hitting their numbers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven phone-based B2B or inside sales experience
- Strong comfort level with cold calling and high outbound call volumes
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage objections effectively
- Experience working toward structured targets and performance metrics
- Proficiency with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is a strong asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Resilient, competitive, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Coachable mindset with the ability to apply feedback and adapt quickly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office sales environment
