Job Description
Working in Customer Service, handling administrative questions from B2B customers, resolving problems, and detecting call- and ticketdrivers to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Dynamic and enthusiastic with a strong customer-focused mindset
- Bachelor's level of thinking and ability to learn quickly
- Fluent communication in Dutch, French, and English
- Affinity with technology and digitalization
