Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline
• B2 level English Language proficiency
• Minimum 6 months work experience in customer support

• Active Listening Skills
• Able to handle queries and objections in a professional manner
• Good typing speed of 40wpm with 90% accuracy score
• Computer literate and fully conversant in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
