We are seeking a Fraud Specialist to join our team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will have a professional telephone manner, excellent verbal communication skills, and experience in working with vulnerable customers. The role involves answering inbound calls, raising scam and fraud cases, and supporting customers with various banking services.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years Financial Services experience in the UK
- Previous call centre/customer service experience is essential
- Previous banking/financial services experience is highly desired
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- A good listener who can convey empathy, patience, and understanding
- Confident and proactive to deal with difficult situations and conversations
