Operations Assistant Manager (ACCM)

The role of Operations Assistant Manager supports the growth of a campaign by monitoring and improving Quality standards. The successful candidate will analyze and maintain Service Level agreements, manage operational reports, and provide leadership to direct reports.

Requirements

• 2-3 years' experience as an Operations Assistant Manager/ Operations Manager within the BFSI sector
• Proven experience in management of a Financial/Regulated/contact center
• Experience in KPI Management
