Job Description
TELUS Health is seeking a skilled Billing Analyst to join our Finance (Billing Support) team. As a Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining billing excellence, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring accurate customer documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance administration
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency with ERP, billing, or customer management systems especially Workday and/or Salesforce
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (intermediate Excel), and/or Google Office suite
