Job Description
This Associate General Manager position is for Torrance and El Segundo locations. The role involves managing all aspects of restaurant operations, leading and directing team members, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food quality, and adhering to health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be a culinary enthusiast and possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. They will oversee all kitchen and dining areas and manage the ordering process, inventory, and cost control.
Requirements
- Bachelors/associate degree in hospitality, Restaurant Management, Culinary or equivalent education and work experience
- Minimum 3 years cooking in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- Culinary interest with commitment to continued culinary development
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Docs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to delegate tasks
- Current Food Safety Manager certification
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ongoing Food Safety Manager certification
