Job Description
Tender Greens is seeking an Executive Kitchen Manager to lead daily operations at all locations in Studio City, West Hollywood, and Culver City. The role involves team management, financial oversight, compliance, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. Candidates should have a passion for food, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Requirements
- Leadership skills, including coaching, directing, and motivating a team
- Strong culinary technique
- High standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality and guest satisfaction
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Doc
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Customer service and solution-oriented approach
- Delegation skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ongoing Food Safety Manager certification
- Physical ability to lift items, stand/walk for long periods, and work in a hot kitchen.
