Job Description
The USPI Group Lead reports directly to the USPI Chief Compliance Officer, managing the implementation of Tenet's Ethics and Compliance program in the East Region. The position requires at least five years of progressive experience in healthcare compliance, with strong leadership and project management skills.
Requirements
- At least five years of progressive experience in health care compliance.
- Demonstrated compliance knowledge, critical thinking, process improvement, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to lead across multiple states and regions in a complex large health care platform.
- Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills to meet deadlines, maximize efficiency and achieve goals.
- Well versed in taking ownership of results, proactively addressing gaps, and fostering a culture of accountability.
- Enacts corrective actions and monitoring in response to identified issues and audits.
