Job Description
The TPR Compliance Officer reports directly to the USPI Group Compliance Lead and is responsible for managing the implementation of Tenet's Ethics and Compliance Program in their assigned region. They will work collaboratively with facility and regional leadership to ensure ethics and compliance, and provide compliance leadership on issues concerning ethics and compliance matters.
Requirements
- Three to five years of progressive compliance experience in hospital, surgical centers, and/or clinical practices compliance for a larger multi-faceted healthcare company
- Demonstrated knowledge in compliance process improvement and the requirements of federal healthcare programs
- Demonstrated experience implementing and managing compliance programs remotely for a larger number of facilities
