TPR Compliance Officer - East

The TPR Compliance Officer is responsible for managing the implementation of Tenet's Ethics and Compliance Program in their assigned region. The role requires providing compliance leadership, working collaboratively with facility and regional leadership, and establishing effective working relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Three to five years of progressive compliance experience in hospital, surgical centers and/or clinical practices compliance
• Demonstrated knowledge in compliance process improvement and the requirements of federal healthcare programs requirements
• Demonstrated experience implementing and managing compliance programs remotely for a larger number of facilities
• Experience in developing and implementing corrective action plans, conducting or overseeing audits/monitoring activities, and compliance training development and delivering presentations
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify root causes, evaluate risks, and propose solutions
