HR Business Partner, Corporate Functions

Tennant Company is seeking a professional HR Business Partner, Corporate Functions to report directly to the HR Manager, Corporate Functions. The role will support employees across various corporate functions and partner with business leaders to provide guidance and support across employee relations, talent management, performance management, training and development, and HR compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years progressive HR experience in HR Generalist roles.
• Experience working in manufacturing is a plus.
• Knowledge and understanding of Federal, State and Local legislation regarding employment and labor laws.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle highly sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with policies, handbooks and other compliance areas desired.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR certification preferred
