HR Intern

At Tenneco, we're a fast-paced and professional environment looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our team in Northville, MI. The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team with day-to-day operations while gaining practical experience across multiple areas of Human Resources.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preference for rising juniors or seniors who have completed relevant coursework and are seeking hands-on HR experience.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS systems is a plus but not required.
