Job Description
The IT Service Desk Analyst will oversee the installation and maintenance of computer hardware and software within the organization, provide troubleshooting, and support internal computer systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with Windows 11, Mac OS, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2022
- LAN and Wi-Fi knowledge with experience of TCP / IP protocols
- Experience with Active Directory and User Management
- Mobile Device Management
- Hands-on knowledge of IT hardware and software procedures
- Knowledge of multifactor authentication products
- Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange environments
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical thinker and problem solver with attention to detail
