Country Manager

Terabase Energy is looking for a Country Manager for their Philippines office. The role requires a senior leader to oversee the company's operations, culture, and strategy in the Philippines.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business Management or relevant field
• 10+ years as a senior manager
• Experience with multi-national organizations
• Knowledge of Philippines regulatory environment
• Understanding of the software, engineering, and/or climate tech sectors.
• Strong planning, coordination, organization and prioritization skills.
• Proven ability to foster relationships cross-functionally and working partnerships with a broad range of people.
