Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in hardware engineering
• 2+ years in a managerial role, ideally as a player/coach
• Strong people and team management skills
• Strong understanding of electrical and electronic principles
• Experience with hardware debugging tools
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
