Requirements

• Translate requirements from multiple stakeholders into clear engineering specifications and design tradeoffs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams through clear communication, technical guidance, project scheduling, BOM creation, and change management.
• Design industrial and automated equipment or subsystems using sound engineering principles.
• Develop electromechanical packaging solutions involving sheet metal, PCBA constraints, cable routing, and thermal management strategies.
• Collaborate with external partners effectively, both turnkey providers and subcontractors contributing to larger system solutions.
