Mechanical Engineering Manager (IST, North Reading, MA)

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead a team to innovate on a variety of machine design and product development initiatives for our next generation System Level Test platforms and enabling technologies.

Requirements

• Lead a team of mechanical engineers supporting the Continuous Improvement of the Saturn, Titan, Mercury and Aries Systems.
• Coach, evaluate and give feedback to the team members throughout the year and through annual Performance Review.
• Work with team members to create long-term development plans.
• Manage the team’s assignments, priorities and budget annually.
• Balance contract and permanent headcount to meet project needs
• Experience managing outsourced engineering team.
• Provide guidance through complex situations or conflicting goals.
