Job Description
Join our team at Terex/Genie as a skilled Machinist to contribute to the Engineering Operations team, responsible for manufacturing of new fixtures, maintenance and repair of existing fixtures, and providing technical support to the Manufacturing Team.
Requirements
- Sets up and operates all tooling machinery in a safe and proficient manner.
- Analyzes manufacturing and tooling problems, formulates solutions.
- Checks fabricated tools against established tolerances.
- Fabricates parts as assigned.
- Documents the fixtures built.
- Delivers completed tool to manufacturing team and trains team members on its use.
- Utilization of applicable shop measuring equipment.
- Maintains and repairs existing production fixtures.
- Carries out ECNs pertaining to fixture modifications.
