Job Description
We have an exciting vacancy for a People Advisor at Booker Haydock. Reporting to the People Partner you will collaborate with the General Manager and site management team as well as the wider Distribution People Team to drive forward the HR strategy, whilst providing a customer focused HR Service that meets the needs of the business and People plan.
Requirements
- Solid experience in Human Resources or related People field including experience influencing senior management and critical stakeholders and exposure to Trade Unions
- Ability to prioritise, plan and organise a varied workload, with accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- CIPD qualified or working towards a professional qualification in People
- Knowledge of Employment Law and ER process management including, negotiation skills, letter writing, tribunal management
- Ability to identify training needs and develop a plan to address
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word skills and knowledge of Office 365
