Job Description
TetraScience is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end program delivery for a portfolio of enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in management consulting, enterprise SaaS delivery, or life sciences IT program management, and be able to navigate complex enterprise environments. The role requires strong scientific or laboratory domain literacy, political fluency in large pharma, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a life science, chemistry, or engineering discipline
- 5+ years in management consulting, enterprise SaaS delivery, or life sciences IT program management
- Direct experience inside or serving large biopharma organizations
- Strong scientific or laboratory domain literacy
- Political fluency in large pharma
- Excellent communicator
- Proficiency with project management tools
- Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification
- Ability to travel to customer sites
