Job Description
The Customer Delivery Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for a portfolio of enterprise biopharma and life sciences customers. The role involves managing implementations & adoption of the Tetra Scientific Data Foundry and Tetra OS across the full medallion data architecture, and working with internal teams and customer stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a life science, chemistry, or engineering discipline
- 5+ years in management consulting, enterprise SaaS delivery, or life sciences IT program management
- Strong scientific or laboratory domain literacy
- Political fluency in large pharma
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with project management tools
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred
