Job Description
The Customer Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of TetraScience's Scientific Data Foundry and Tetra OS across a portfolio of enterprise biopharma and life sciences customers.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a life science, chemistry, or engineering discipline
- 5+ years in management consulting, enterprise SaaS delivery, or life sciences IT program management
- Experience in navigating complex enterprise environments and influencing without direct authority
- Strong scientific or laboratory domain literacy
- Political fluency in large pharma
