The Student Development Specialist II develops, coordinates, and facilitates student development initiatives that support student engagement, leadership growth, holistic wellbeing, and academic persistence. The position provides students' personal, interpersonal, and professional development contributing to a supportive and connected campus experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One year of experience in student affairs work or related specialty
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others
