Textron Aviation is hiring an Avionics Technician B for their 8th shift Service Center in Wichita, Kansas. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing avionics systems, performing functional and in-flight testing, and ensuring compliance with FAA standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; two years of college or technical school preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft avionics systems troubleshooting and repair
• Knowledge of electronics and ability to use test equipment related to avionics systems
• Familiarity with avionics systems including communication, navigation, autopilot, flight director, and pulse equipment (DME, transponder, weather radar)
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, aircraft orders, and written instructions
