Job Description
Join Textron Aviation as a full-time Avionics Technician B in our Service Center, troubleshooting and repairing avionics systems, and collaborating with pilots to validate system performance. The position comes with a shift differential and opportunities for growth in a dynamic aviation environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; two years of college or technical school preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft avionics systems troubleshooting and repair
- Knowledge of electronics and ability to use test equipment related to avionics systems
- Familiarity with avionics systems including communication, navigation, autopilot, flight director, and pulse equipment (DME, transponder, weather radar)
- Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, aircraft orders, and written instructions
