Teya is a fast-growing Fintech company empowering local businesses with payments and software. We're looking for a Business Development Representative to join our field sales team. As a motivated and people-focused individual, you'll connect with customers, build relationships, and contribute to the satisfaction and success of our customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a commercial role with short sales cycles
- Proven track record of hitting commercial targets
- Passion for supporting small businesses and growing enterprises
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Superior time management and organizational skills
- Strong negotiation skills and a commercial mindset
- Proactive spirit and the ambition to exceed expectations
