Account Executive

TransPerfect is seeking an Account Executive to develop new business relationships and serve as the first level of support to existing clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, 1-3 years of sales experience, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Requirements

• Research prospective clients through several strategies
• Create accurate spreadsheets of prospective client data
• Generate daily mailings to prospective clients
• Cold call prospective clients
• Negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients
• Liaise with production to ensure jobs are handled appropriately
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with delivery, quality, and customer service
