Job Description
We are seeking an Account Manager to develop new business relationships and serve as the first level of support to existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, excellent English communication skills, and proven sales experience.
Requirements
- Research prospective clients through several strategies
- Create accurate spreadsheets of prospective client data
- Generate daily mailings to prospective clients
- Cold call prospective clients
- Negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients
- Educate prospective and existing clients regarding the translation process
- Liaise with production to ensure that all jobs are handled appropriately
- Consistently follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction
- Research and understand all industries that TransPerfect markets to
- Perform other special projects or duties when required
