TransPerfect is a leading industry organization that provides language and business support services. We are seeking an Account Manager to develop new business relationships and serve as the first level of support to existing clients.
Requirements
- Research prospective clients
- Create accurate spreadsheets of prospective client data
- Generate daily mailings to prospective clients
- Cold call prospective clients
- Negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients
- Educate prospective and existing clients regarding the translation process
- Liaise with production to ensure that all jobs are handled appropriately
- Consistently follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with delivery, quality and customer service
- Research and understand all industries that TransPerfect markets to
- Perform other special projects or duties when required
